We are an Institute for Adult Education, located in Croatia, (EU). We were founded in 2009 and for more than a decade, we offer to our business clients, our extensive expertise, experience and team of expert educators and provide valuable and current knowledge in many different professional areas. Our mission is to provide innovative education programmes and projects aimed to strengthen the quality and relevance of education programmes and the link between education and labour market. Our educational programs are led by more than 30 top educational professionals with many years of experience in various areas of business. We are one of the first educational institutions to offer innovative education programs such as druggist, 3D technology specialist, 3D dental technician and many of our programmes are recognised by the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education. With the successful implementation of EU projects worth a total of over a €11 million, we are actively following the world trends in education and constantly improving the development of new technologies, programs and professions. Carmen Tariba

Director

After studying in Germany and working experience in a multinational company, Carmen revealed a passion for education. Today, through the realization of strategic partnerships, she successfully manages various international projects in the field of lifelong education and training.

Gordana Markovic

Education Program Manager

Gordana is Master of art history and pedagogy. Gordana has worked in Callidus assisting in EU projects implementation, and today she is managing educational programs and successfully coordinating more than 30 of our professional educators.

Miro Tariba

Development Manager

Miro is a methodological expert specializing in the production of didactic, audio-visual and interactive teaching materials. Expert in solving technical problems and a with an eye for details, Miro is an indispensable member of the Callidus team.

Marieta Ratković

Project Manager

Marieta has a master's degree in Economics, majoring in Management. Marieta has many years of experience in coordinating and monitoring the implementation of civil society projects. At Callidus, she plans, realizes, administers and coordinates all project activities.

Antonia Drezga

Educational Content Development Manager

Antonia completed her graduate studies at the Faculty of Philosophy. She participates in the creation and coordination of the development of didactic, audiovisual and interactive teaching materials, participates in the development of educational programs of the Institution and provides support for project activities

Marija Obuljen

E-learning Manager

Marija is a future Master of German studies, French language and literature and is enthusiastic about lifelong learning and e-learning. At Callidus, she is creating new and interactive online teaching materials & plans and implements activities related to Callidus' e-learning platform.

Vjeran Debic

Assistant Project Manager

Vjeran received his education from the University of Pula, where he graduated business economics in financial management. In Callidus, he actively contributes to the implementation of projects and the achievement of the Callidus' goals.
