Erasmus project team + project "Digital Media - A Bridge to Inclusion" developed a training program for 24 young educators
"Digital Media - A Bridge to Inclusion" is an Erasmus + project of Croatia, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Finland and Ireland parners that develops a training program for adults and young marginalized adults to help them develop key digital competencies and knowledge needed in today's labor market.
After a recent meeting of project partners in the Turkish city of Kaş, new project activities have been agreed upon. At the beginning of the next year, training will be held from January 21-25 in Italy in which 24 young educators from 8 partner countries will take part. The aim of the training is to educate trainers that will enable the further education of marginalized groups in their countries. The goal of the project is to provide young marginalized people with opportunities to learn more about accountability, tolerance, mutual respect and inclusiveness through collaboration on multimedia works.
Through this international partnership project, we will explore the potential of digital communications in the field of learning new skills and life guidance through non-institutional education. Non-institutional education has become an effective way of acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies, and as a support to institutional education it can significantly contribute to the strengthening of the knowledge needed in the modern labor market
